GENERAL NOTARY SERVICES
A Notary Public in the State of Texas is a public servant who is authorized by the Texas Secretary of State to take acknowledgments, administer oaths, take depositions, certify copies of documents not recordable in the public records, and to protest instruments permitted by law (i.e. negotiable instruments and bills, and notes). Whatever your document, bring them to me and I can notarize it for you!
MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES
Mobile Notary services are the same as General Notary services, however, the Notary will travel to the customers location to perform the notarization for your document(s).
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY
With remote online notarization, the signer personally appears before the Notary using audio/visual technology instead of being physically present in the same room.
NOTARY SIGNING AGENT SERVICES
A Notary Signing Agent or NSA is a Notary who has special training to handle loan document signings. While Title companies and signing services typically hire NSA's to conduct the signing, in most cases you can choose your own NSA. Should you need a Notary to deliver your loan documents, oversee the signing and return the documents let us know.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK: Make checks payable to Chimere Winton and add Triple P Notary in the memo section.
CASH: If paying cash, the amount must be exact (no change will be provided). A receipt will be given.
CASH APP: Send to $ChimereWin. In the "For" section, add ‘Triple P Notary’.
ZELLE: available if preferred (upon request). For 'Triple P Notary'.
CREDIT CARDS: Payments accepted through Square (a surcharge will apply)
Personal Checks, Bitcoin and Venmo, NOT currently available.
